  • The manager adds both the employees and shifts to their own FaceReg account

  • FaceReg scans the employee’s face or personal QR-code in the employee’s phone

You quickly plan and analyze the employees' work hours at the enterprise with the help of FaceReg.
  • Employees database management
    Keep the information about names and surnames, phone numbers, e-mails etc.

    Create different types of shifts in Configurator: set the beginning and ending time of shifts, add employees and departments to relevant shifts.
  • Plan [facts] analysis of the work time
    Check the summary information about actual hours worked by departments or employees. Any plan shift deviations will be presented in the dashboard which you will easily see
zool.ai and FaceReg integration
There are two ways of zool.ai/FaceReg integration
  • Automatic detection of passing by employees with the help of cameras
    Two cameras are mounted, one of which tracks the employees flow towards the entrance whereas the second one — towards the exit. Zool finds the employees' faces in the flow and directs them to FaceReg identification. If the employee was recognized by FaceReg, then they are marked as arrived or departed from work depending on the camera.
  • Registration of the actual hours worked for each employee by their presence in the work zone
    Each employee is attached to a specific zone in the frame. If a person appears in that zone, FaceReg registers an employee being at work. If an employee is absent at their workplace for 30 minutes, leave from work is registered.
